About Catherine Barthélemy

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries, Catherine has worked with clients, contractors and consultants on the delivery of complex infrastructure, process, energy and utility projects throughout the UK and globally.

Her wide range of experience spans from rail engineering to nuclear decommissioning, and includes major international nuclear, heavy civils, and oil and gas projects. She has significant experience in the development stages of major projects and programs, working closely with designers and contractors to ensure the delivery of value-driven programs in accordance with scope and contract requirements.

Catherine has worked on various contentious claims and has been involved in numerous large international projects. Her bilingual proficiency and adaptability have led to her involvement in high-profile projects such as the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor project, where she provided on-site support for the International “Tiger Team”, as well as other international contentious assignments where she provided forensic and claim advice.

In a previous role, Catherine was part of the Integrated Program Controls Team. Her expertise in inspiring teams to deliver customer focused outcomes were invaluable in fostering trusted advisor relationships and client partnerships, and generated European opportunities with industrial, ports and marine, and construction clients.
