About Jack Alexander

Jack was one of the first quantity surveyors to join SOCOTEC Advisory (formerly Base Quantum) and has been with the company for over 9 years. He has worked extensively in pre and post-contract roles for both clients and contractors on aviation, residential, civils and utilities projects, developing in-depth knowledge of NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of contract. He was previously seconded to Manchester Airport Group to manage procurement strategies for the capital plan, delivering building, civils, mechanical and electrical projects, valued from £100,000 to £40 million. Jack has also undertaken work in the dispute resolution sector, aiding experts in the preparation of quantum reports.
