About James Dodgson

James is a Commercial Director within the Environment Division of SOCOTEC, specialising in asbestos management of large complex property portfolios. James holds account management responsibility for a number of national and regional SOCOTEC clients, with combined annual expenditure in excess of £5m.

James’s experience includes working strategically with a wide variety of clients across a range of sectors, from initial auditing of compliance and in depth assessment of requirements, through to delivery of large scale projects across diverse property portfolios, helping to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. With a keen interest in innovation and client satisfaction, James leads the commercial delivery team for the Asbestos business unit.

James has been with SOCOTEC UK since 2009. Prior to joining SOCOTEC James spent 3 years working at another leading environmental consultancy, supporting clients with statutory property compliance across a wide range of sectors and property types.
