Our Forensic Expert Witness team specialise in providing services relating to quantity surveying, such as price adjustments, disruption and prolongation claims, account disputes, and many other types of loss. By assessing the strengths and weaknesses of all parties’ positions, we can develop a strategy for our clients for a mediation or conciliation hearing. Our clients range from infrastructure providers through to domestic and international government bodies.

Our Delay team can bring our expertise to any stage of construction. We are able to review contract information and documents in order to find the source of problems that have arisen, which in turn allows us to propose action plans to avoid further complications in the future. We can also assist in collating appropriate documentation to be used in dispute resolution procedures. We can provide reports, assessments, and substantiations to the highest standard, at all stages of a dispute.
