Our Fire Safety Practice team handles the consultancy side of fire safety. When it comes to fire safety, we provide a host of services including risk assessing, compartmentation surveys, creating fire evacuation plans and fire door surveys. Our services apply to current built assets, and we work on everything from commercial properties to residential, including retail through to educational buildings.

Our Building Envelope team specialise in the design and construction of new projects from the ground up, as well as the maintenance and preservation of existing buildings. Our services encompass many specialities including structural engineering, fire safety, and dispute resolution. Additionally, we also deliver façade consultations for new constructions, existing buildings, and roofing. By providing these services, our aim is to enhance indoor comfort, improve energy efficiency, and prolong the lifespan of buildings.

Our Building Control team are recognised for all matters regarding building regulation. We assist on projects of all sizes, across all sectors, supplying our expertise to aid innovation when designing, methods of construction, and the interpretation of building regulations. We adopt a collaborative approach, coupled with a proactive mind set to remove compliance risks and reduce costs all within the pre-planning and pre-application stage – thus creating a cost efficient, streamlined process from day one.

Our Health & Safety teams are dedicated to creating a safer world. In order to do this, we offer a comprehensive range of audit and inspection services which help ensure compliance with regulations and standards, as well as helping to implement the best practices. We also offer consultant support services that cater to the unique needs of our clients, we can provide our expertise for short-term projects, all the way through major projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Our aim is to continuously promote safety, efficiency and quality.

Our Sustainability team are the core of our ethos; building a safer and more sustainable world. We have a goal to tackle challenges related to climate change and energy concerns, adapting both existing and new structures. Our expertise is broad when it comes to sustainability, meaning our services include energy alternatives advice, testing biodiversity and health, infrastructure sustainability, and environmental impact assessments. We strive to ensure companies meet environmental standards.

Our CDM (Construction Design Management) team is committed to ensuring that our client’s projects are suitably managed, meaning we advise on how to maintain the highest standard of health and safety for all those involved in the project. We not only consider those involved in constructing and maintaining structures, but also members of the public that could also be affected. Our main focus is on commercial projects, but we also work with hotels, hospitals, and retail, among others. The core of CDM is minimising harm, and bringing clarity to our clients when putting preventative measures in place.
