About Daniel Topp

Daniel has over 12 years of commercial management experience on schemes valued up to £450 million across a range of sectors, from residential and commercial offices to public sector and large-scale regeneration. Daniel’s project record showcases his ability to successfully oversee projects from pre-contract settlements through to main contract completion. His experience of contract management includes negotiations, procurement, final accounts and dispute avoidance at both client and subcontract levels.

Daniel is an experienced quantity surveyor with a proven track record of minimising costs on projects and enhancing value for money, while engaging and driving projects and teams forward to exceed client briefs and simultaneously achieving the highest standards and quality. His contract experience includes the JCT and NEC forms.

Most recently, Daniel worked on a rail depot dispute in the UK, assisting the quantum expert witness in analysing claims relating to valuation upon termination and cost to complete, including preparation of reports and quantum schedules and interrogation of witness evidence.
