David is an Emissions Testing Expert who has experience working for both clients and contractors on commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK & Ireland. David is experienced in estimating, measurement, tender preparation, cost plans and cost reporting, as well as providing contract administration for all aspects of emissions testing contracts and from smaller projects to large multi-day campaigns. David’s projects to date have included a wide variety of industrial processes from road stone coating process, to Pharmaceuticals, to the Power and Energy from Waste sectors and many more.
