About Eleanor Zdziebczok
Eleanor has worked on site on education and health projects valued up to £4 million and has assisted on both master planning exercises and larger projects of £20 million. She has significant experience in refurbishment and has regularly carried out mechanical and electrical surveying on projects of a technical nature. Eleanor has managed projects from feasibility stages through to final account, undertaking cost reporting at all stages, and has an in-depth working knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts. Since joining SOCOTEC Advisory, Eleanor has been engaged on various complex, high-value international arbitrations, providing assistance to the expert witness on analysing data, preparing reports and joint statements, and preparation for and briefing of counsel during hearings. She has also worked on a large number of litigated insurance claims arising from highway works in the UK.

Eleanor Zdziebczok has been an associate at SOCOTEC Advisory since 2022. Prior to her current position, Eleanor was senior quantity surveyor at Base Quantum, which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2022. She has previously worked for companies such as Mortimer Isaacs Consultancy and Goadsby.
