About Ellie Wrigley

Ellie has over 8 years of industry experience providing both contract administration and all aspects of quantity surveying services. She has worked for both public and private sector clients on a range of projects including residential, retail, education, hospitality/football stadia and healthcare valued up to £50 million.

Ellie’s experience is predominantly with contract preparation and acting as contract administrator or employer’s agent. Although she specialises in the JCT suite of contracts, she has experience with PPC2000, NEC and FIDIC. Ellie is experienced in all aspects of quantity surveying including preparation of tender documentation and procurement, budget monitoring and management, monthly financial reporting, negotiation and management of frameworks and monthly valuation/final account assessments.

The knowledge Ellie gained from completing her Master of Laws adds significant value to her provision of contract administration and quantity surveying services.
