About Grace Belcher

Grace Belcher is an Operations Manager for SOCOTEC Building and Real Estate Division, working within the Fire Safety Department. Grace is responsible for the successful management of all operations and projects under her remit, and line manages a team of project-based roles who coordinate all of our contracts. Grace oversees all operational requirements for our division, this includes monitoring of commercial performance, financial tracking and forecasting, facility coordination and supply management, recruitment and training, maintaining and managing accreditations, monitoring health and safety, and overseeing marketing activities and events.

Additionally, Grace has extensive experience within her previous roles working with a number of clients across a range of sectors, having managed nationwide contracts for retail, government, healthcare and construction clients.
