About Irfan Hadhi
Irfan Hadhi is a Façade Engineer with experience working for both clients and contractors on residential and commercial building envelope projects throughout the UK. He is skilled in façade design and engineering. With almost 18 years in the industry, Irfan has successfully delivered building envelope projects in both the Middle East and the UK. He excels in providing expert advice on the design, fabrication, construction, testing, commercial viability, and maintenance of building envelopes across various sectors. Since 2018, he has particularly focused on external wall/façade fire safety projects for both new builds and existing buildings throughout the UK.

Irfan Hadhi has been an Associate Director at SOCOTEC UK since September 2024 and leading the Building Envelope team. Prior to joining SOCOTEC UK, he led a regional façade consultancy team at CBRE and held key positions at specialized façade consultancy firms such as Wintech (UK) and Koltay Façades (UAE), as well as with façade contractors McMullen Façades (UK), Alumco (UAE), and Danway Industries (UAE).
