James Whitworth is a Technical Manager who oversees Utility Coring investigation projects for clients from both the public and private sectors and helps them deliver compliance checks of their reinstatement works on schemes across the UK, ensuring contractors working on the country’s road network are complying with the requirements for the Specification for Reinstatement of Openings in Highways/Roads and the New Roads & Streetworks Act. James works as part of the Structures & Pavements team for SOCOTEC's Infrastructure Division.
