About Ryan Fitzgerald
Ryan has over 20 years-experience in Building Control and construction and has accumulated a vast knowledge of the Building Regulations legislation and general construction methods. Having worked at several Local Authorities and as a Director of Shore engineering for over 17 years, Ryan has played a major role in growing the business locally, within London and the M25 corridor. His experience and knowledge include a range of projects from high-rise office and residential buildings, residential care homes, industrial units and listed buildings.
Working with our Building Risk & Compliance team, Ryan has a strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, the Building Regulations and dutyholder obligations.
With a strong knowledge of process and quality assurance Ryan is able to bring together this unique mix to assess and assist clients with their business and operational legal requirements under the Building Safety Act.
