About Tabea Uhr
Tabea is a Principal Fire Engineer who has experience working for both clients and contractors on residential, commercial, custodial and healthcare project throughout England. Tabea is experienced in drafting fire safety strategies and fire safety mark-ups, providing construction fire safety. Tabea’s projects to date have included numerous projects, including high profile refurbishments to Grade I listed buildings and the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
Her role within SOCOTEC has developed to training and mentoring the fire engineering team, assisting with marketing and development of the graduate training program.

Tabea has started working for SOCOTEC UK (previous Trenton Fire) as a Graduate Fire Engineer following her graduation. She has since been promoted to Fire Engineer first, and Senior Fire Engineer in 2022, Principal Fire Engineering in 2023, and Training and Development Manager in 2025.
