SOCOTEC UK – FINALISTS in the Business Culture Awards 2022
We are delighted that SOCOTEC UK is a finalist in the Business Culture Awards 2022, in the Best Business Transformation Initiative category.
The Business Culture Awards celebrates organisations, which set up their employees to succeed - recognising how their people’s employment experience is fundamental to business performance.
SOCOTEC UK’s award entry detailed the transformation over the last 18 months, from a fatigued company with a solid foundation to a vibrant, exciting, and desirable place to work.
Lisa Massey, HR director, said: ‘I am absolutely delighted that SOCOTEC has been selected as a finalist in the Business Transformation category, we have all worked incredibly hard over the last 18 months to begin our transformational journey. The work we have done, from launching new employee benefits to our focus on early careers and training and development, has reawakened our company and people agenda.

The awards ceremony will be held in London on Wednesday 5 October.
