Demolition of two existing houses to allow construction of a nine-unit apartment block. Works involved a secant piled basement and reinforced concrete frame with traditional brickwork, external walls and modern fit-out.
Phase 1 of the development included enabling works to allow for a future cantilevered three-floor extension which would extend about the airspace of the neighbouring building, owned by the same developer.
