Chartered Principal Geologist (CGeol), Alessia is based in our Maidstone office, and was initially recruited as Senior Engineering Geologist, and was promoted to Principal Geologist in November 2021.
Alessia has been recognised for the exceptional client feedback she has received regarding the complex projects she has led on delivering and been involved with, across UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Alessia's day-to-day often involves the technical management of engineering teams both onsite and offsite, leading them to deliver work to the required standard on behalf of the client whilst abiding by all appropriate health, safety and welfare regulations.
Her time is spent ensuring all engineering work is performed in line with commercial and contractual obligations, meeting client expectations within agreed budgets, and building and maintaining relationships with project managers.
Alessia has over 20 years' of experience of complex client projects across the globe, and is able to add value and maximise success for our clients in any environment. Her expertise is evidenced by an enviable series of widely recognised industry qualifications and accreditations, including; CGeol, RoGEP, and EURGeol, and Alessia has recently achieved CEng via ICE, so she is now full member of the Institution of Civil Engineers MICE.
