Celebrating Success: Recognition of Our Unique Culture at SOCOTEC UK

The company has been shortlisted for the 'Best Place to Work – Subcontractor Award' and the 'Apprenticeship Initiative of the Year' at the 2023 Construction News Workforce Awards. In addition, SOCOTEC UK has also been named a finalist in the 'Best Business Transformation Initiative (Large Organisation)' and 'Best Talent Approaches for Business Culture' categories at the Business Culture Awards.

The Construction News Workforce Awards celebrate organisations that are dedicated to creating exceptional work environments within the construction industry. An esteemed panel of judges, comprised of prominent figures from major contractors and industry leaders, will select the winners from among the 17 categories. The award ceremony will take place on Thursday 16 November, 2023, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House hotel on London's prestigious Park Lane.

SOCOTEC UK's recognition as a finalist in the Business Culture Awards acknowledges the collective efforts of the company in fostering and perpetuating an inclusive, trusted, and people-centric culture. The Business Culture Awards ceremony is scheduled to be held at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Wednesday 15 November, 2023.

Reflecting on these significant achievements, Lisa Massey, HR Director at SOCOTEC UK, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "This marks the second consecutive year that our culture has been acknowledged at the Business Culture Awards. We are incredibly proud of our culture."

In addition to these accomplishments, SOCOTEC UK has advanced to the next stage of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2023.
