    Project Overview

Waterloo Mansions, situated on Dover's historic seafront, is a Grade II listed building dating back to the 1830s. The terraces, which are residential apartments, form part of the Port of Dover's asset holdings.

Significant refurbishment was required to the property due to deterioration of external and internal features. Works included repairs to the mansard roof and parapet walls, dormer window refurbishment, flat roof remedial works, surface water drainage upgrades, and renewal of ironmongery and heritage features.
